Management Team
Clear Energy Systems has assembled an experienced, knowledgeable management team to bring game-changing technologies to market.
Tony S. Corey: Mr. Corey is President and CEO of the company, and also serves on its board. Mr. Corey's global experience spans several industries and includes overseas assignments all over the world. Mr. Corey served as Corporate Vice President of Rohm and Hass Company, formerly a Fortune 500 company, from 1986 to 1997. He subsequently served as President and CEO of Rodel Inc., a worldwide leader in semiconductor technologies, during its phenomenal growth years from 1998 to 2002. He is a Trustee of Arizona State University and the Arizona State University Foundation, and Chairman of the Board of L.I.T. Surgical and Arizona Technology Enterprises.
John M. Mohnach: Mr. Mohnach is Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Mohnach is the former owner and President of Smith West Inc., a manufacturer of components for industrial gas turbines and aircraft jet engine parts which grew to over $60 million in revenue before divesting to a NASDAQ company in 2007. Former controller of The Budd Company, part of ThyssenKrupp, also COO and CFO of Smith Morris, an aircraft engine component manufacturer.
Joel H. Borovay: Mr. Borovay is the Senior Vice President of Operations and has 25+ years of senior executive management experience. Former CEO of a public company which manufactured/resold sustainable building materials; Former CEO of an internet retailer of automotive aftermarket products and former COO of Insight North America, a Fortune 500 computer products reseller.
David A. White: Mr. White is Director of Business Development for the company. He brings prior sales, marketing and organizational development experience in the real estate, retail, banking and technology sectors. Mr. White was previously engaged in marketing and business development at a mobile telecommunication software company, and in delivering leadership programs at the Consortium of Universities for International Studies while living in Europe.
